In his role as Director of Food and Beverage, Shamsir oversees all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations including its most popular event space, four restaurants and in-room dining services. Shamsir’s international career has taken him destinations, including India, UAE, Oman, Azerbaijan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These diverse experiences have provided him with invaluable insights into various culinary cultures, allowing him to refine his skills and deliver world-class F&B services.
