ASM has been a leader in the aviation industry for over 27 years. Can you share the journey that led to the founding of ASM and how it has evolved into a global aviation powerhouse?
The journey of ASM started back in 1998 with a very simple yet powerful idea — to simplify and streamline flight support services for operators around the world. At that time, I noticed a common challenge in the industry: operators were working with multiple vendors for different services, which led to inefficiencies, higher costs, and miscommunication. I believed there had to be a better way.
That belief became the foundation of ASM — a company built on the idea that aviation services should be accessible, reliable, and seamlessly integrated, with safety and quality at the heart of everything we do.
Over the years, we’ve grown from a regional flight support provider into a truly global aviation powerhouse. Today, we have a footprint in over 180 countries and support operations at more than 3,000 locations worldwide. Our growth has always been driven by innovation, resilience, and a deep understanding of our clients’ evolving needs — from commercial operators to private jet owners.
And today, we go far beyond flight support. We operate our own charter fleet, offer medevac services, and manage aircraft as a licensed operator — all under one roof. This integrated, end-to-end approach is what sets ASM apart and defines who we are.

For me, exclusivity in aviation isn’t just about luxury interiors or gourmet meals — it’s about delivering a truly personal, seamless, and reliable experience. What sets ASM Charter apart is our attention to every small detail and our ability to tailor each flight around the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
We work with high-profile business leaders, royalty, celebrities, and families — and for each of them, we curate the experience from start to finish. Our fleet is impeccably maintained, our crew is trained in luxury hospitality, and our concierge team is available 24/7 to handle everything — whether that’s gourmet catering, last-minute scheduling changes, hotel bookings, or VIP ground transport.
Since we own and operate our own fleet, we have full control over the service quality and operational excellence. That makes a big difference — and our clients feel that difference on every flight.
ASM operates its own fleet, including Learjet 60XRs and Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft. Can you tell us more about these aircraft and how they cater to the needs of your clients, whether for VIP travel or medical evacuation?
Absolutely. Our Learjet 60XR, a 7-seater jet, is a favorite for business travel and quick regional hops. It’s fast, efficient, and offers a high level of comfort, making it ideal for short- to mid-range trips — whether for business executives or families heading out for leisure.
Our aircraft are also configured for medevac missions. When lives are on the line, response time and reliability matter — and our aircraft are equipped with medical equipment and staffed with trained professionals when needed. It’s a responsibility we take very seriously.
We recently added the Bombardier Challenger 605 to our fleet — an 11-seater jet with intercontinental range and a wide, luxurious cabin. It’s perfect for long-distance travel, offering a high level of comfort, privacy, and productivity, which appeals to corporate groups, dignitaries, and high-net-worth individuals.
Across the board, our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards and configured to deliver safety, efficiency, and luxury — because for us, it’s not just about flying; it’s about creating an exceptional experience.

Beyond luxury charters, ASM is a trusted partner for flight planning, ground handling, and medevac services. How does your in-house operations team ensure seamless execution across these diverse aviation services?
Our strength has always been our centralized operations model. From the very beginning, I wanted everything under one roof — not scattered across vendors or outsourced teams. Today, we have an incredibly capable in-house team — dispatchers, handling agents, permit specialists, and ground supervisors — all working in sync, 24/7. Whether it’s a discreet private charter, a critical medevac flight, a commercial operation, or cargo movement, every mission is managed through our control center with precision, coordination, and complete peace of mind.
What truly sets us apart is the strong relationships we’ve built over the years with civil aviation authorities around the world. These connections go a long way in ensuring smooth clearances, fast-tracked permits, and minimal disruptions — even in the most complex scenarios. Our operations team is always on high alert. They’re tracking everything — changes in FAA regulations, airport restrictions, NOTAM updates, natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, or airspace closures. And when something unexpected happens — as it often does in aviation — they don’t wait. They immediately work out the best alternate plan that aligns with the client’s schedule, safety, and operational priorities. That kind of readiness doesn’t come by chance — it comes from experience, discipline, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s best for the client.
We also lean on advanced technology, but I always say, it’s the people behind the tech that make the real difference. Our protocols are tight, our planning is meticulous, and every touch point — from fuel coordination to ground handling — is managed with a high degree of professionalism. With ASM’s presence in key international markets, including the UK, Portugal, India, Kenya, and Latin America, how do you navigate the challenges of operating in different regions while maintaining your high standards of service?
Operating globally comes with its challenges, but we’ve built a system that balances local expertise with global consistency. In every region we operate, we work closely with trusted local partners and have our own teams who understand the specific regulations, cultural nuances, and client expectations of that market. At the same time, we have a centralized quality standard across the organization that ensures everything meets the ASM benchmark — whether it’s in Delhi, Nairobi, or Dubai.
Recently, in 2024, we opened our office in Saudi Arabia, a strategic move that strengthens our presence in the Middle East. And this year, we’re expanding our existing operations in Sri Lanka to better serve our clients in South Asia. These expansions allow us to be even more responsive and hands-on in regions that matter to our clients. I believe in thinking globally but always serving personally.
As the visionary behind ASM, what drives your passion for aviation, and what is your long-term vision for the company’s growth and impact on the global aviation industry?
Aviation, for me, is deeply personal. I’ve always been fascinated by its ability to connect people, ideas, and possibilities across borders. Every aircraft we dispatch carries someone’s dream, someone’s mission, or even someone’s emergency. That sense of purpose is what drives me every single day.
Looking ahead, my vision for ASM is to keep raising the bar in private aviation — not just in service quality, but in how we innovate, how we expand, and how we bring meaningful experiences to our clients. I want ASM to be known not just as a service provider but as a partner in private aviation — a brand that high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and even governments trust for reliability, discretion, and excellence.
