The Luxury Network Australia Sydney Team were lucky enough to be invited to the Simon Johnson Cooking School relaunch where they were able to see their newly equipped kitchen. And of course, a Simon Johnson evening would not be complete without their delicious cheese board and caviar tasting experience, which was elevated by Caviar Expert, Lisa Downs, giving us the history and insight into this amazing delicacy.
This demonstration kitchen has been fit out with state-of-the-art appliances, highlighting the latest technologies from Gaggenau and NEFF, including ovens, cook tops, induction series, teppan yaki, gas wok, electric grill, down-draft ventilation and fully integrated dishwashers.
The classes that will be hosted in this space will be a mix of cooking, tasting, drinking, conversation, education and fun. Participants will receive copies of the recipes and tasting plates of every dish prepared with wines to match. They are able to create tailor-made corporate events, team building classes and private cooking demonstrations where they will quote to your specific requirements.
