Or you can savour the Harvest Table dining experience, where fresh, local ingredients are the centrepiece, harvested from the resort’s very own hydroponic greenhouse.
Perfect for those in the mood for seafood, Velaa Bar + Grill plays host to ‘Simply Fish’, ‘Lobster Fete’ and ‘High Steaks’ evenings throughout the week, whilst Japanese restaurant, Tabemasu, is home to delicious kushiyaki skewers, seafood by the ocean, and wine-paired dinners, as well as an interactive sushi-making class under the guidance of an expert chef.
For holiday guests, all-day dining restaurant Turquoise will host the Easter Brunch on the evening of 17th April, serving up seasonal classics such as hot cross buns, roast lamb, and a range of exquisite chocolate treats. The restaurant will also offer its signature barbecue night, and ‘Fish Market’ themed night throughout these dates.
